Taylor Brooks is a content strategist, writer, and former UX lead with over 8 years of experience working at the intersection of product, design, and communication. She specializes in helping SaaS companies explain complex ideas in simple, clear language — whether that means onboarding flows, in-app messaging, or product education.
Before joining the Accent team, Taylor led product storytelling efforts at two high-growth startups, where she worked closely with design, engineering, and customer success teams to shape how products were understood and adopted. Her background in UX research makes her especially focused on how people experience tools — not just how they use them.
Today, Taylor writes about product design, team workflows, async collaboration, and the evolving role of software in our daily work. She believes that the best tools don’t try to do everything — they help people do what matters, faster and more confidently.
When she’s not writing, Taylor is probably reading about digital culture, testing out a new AI tool, or sketching ideas for her next side project.
